Our ESG Policy
At Peoplement, people are the core of what we do, and our work has a direct impact on people’s lives. Working with people requires great responsibility, and we take this seriously. For this reason, we have developed an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Policy that reflects our commitment to creating a positive impact on society while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Professional responsibility
- Dignity and respect: We treat all people with dignity and respect before, during, and after a recruitment process. This includes providing proper and constructive feedback to all candidates.
- Customer expectations: We expect our customers to uphold the same high standards of respect and professionalism that we practice, fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
- Diversity and inclusion advocacy: We actively advise and support our customers in promoting diversity and inclusion within their organizations, ensuring equitable opportunities for all people.
Societal responsibility
- Knowledge sharing: We commit to sharing our expertise and insights with people who need guidance, whether it is career advice, mentorship, or support in navigating the job market.
- Financial donations: We provide financial contributions to organizations dedicated to assisting groups marginalized from the labor market.
Governance responsibility
Data governance: We strictly adhere to all relevant legislation concerning personal data. Our practices ensure secure and ethical management of information, safeguarding the trust placed in us by candidates and customers.
Environmental responsibility
- Digital transformation: We embrace digitalized processes to minimize paper usage, reducing our environmental footprint and promoting sustainable practices across our operations.
This ESG Policy represents our dedication to fostering positive change and ensuring that our work remains aligned with our values. We are committed to continuously evaluating and improving our practices to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders and the broader community.

People are at the core of our business - our commitments to the SDG's
At Peoplement, people are the core of what we do, and our work has a direct impact on people’s lives. Working with people requires great responsibility, and we take this seriously. Our goals is for everyone we work with – whether candidates or customers – to feel respected and valued, and we achieve this by applying professionalism and dignity in our work.
We strive to integrate social and ethical considerations into all aspect of our business.
We aim to be more than just a headhunting and recruitment agency; we want to be perceived as a company that is helping to shape the future by driving positive change to both costumers and candidates.
At Peoplement, we support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and are committed to contribute positively to their fulfilment. By doing so we believe we add greater value to our customers and to society. Three SDGs are particularly relevant to us:
Goal 5: Gender equality
– At Peoplement, we are committed to promoting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates, enabling them to fully and effectively participate at every level within organisations. We always aim to keep a broad perspective and an unbiased approach, presenting candidates of varying genders, ages, and ethnicities to our customers whenever possible. We challenge our customers to rethink common perceptions, offer bold suggestions, and encourage proactive pipeline management and internal promotion in accordance with this goal.
Goal 8: Decent work and economic growth
– At Peoplement, we support the creation of meaningful jobs that promote both personal growth and economic development, and we work to find the right match between the candidate, the role, and the company. We aim for candidates to understand the role, what is expected of them in the job, and how they can contribute to the company’s success while experiencing personal growth. Likewise, we want to support the companies by helping them recognise how they can support the candidates to fulfil their potential.
We want all candidates participating in a process with Peoplement to be treated respectfully and have a positive experience, even if a candidate is not selected for a position. This includes providing adequate and constructive feedback.
Goal 17: Partnerships for the goals
– At Peoplement, we believe in using of experience to contribute to society in a broader context by helping people beyond those directly involved in our recruitment process. We know that we cannot do this alone and that is why we deliver presentations at Jobcentres for people needing guidance for their job seeking, and support organisations working with groups marginalised from the labor market.
We have a particular focus on youth not in employment, donating to organisations that assist young people diagnosed with autism. Similarly, we support organisations working with war veterans to help them reintegrate into the workforce.
