The role
As an Account Manager for Denmark, you drive recurring software growth and ensure Handyman’s products create value for field service clients. You work closely with customers while collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and consulting teams in a flat, collaborative work environment.
This role offers an opportunity to influence the product portfolio and contribute to long-term business success. As Handyman transforms into a modern software house, you will be key in shaping processes, taking responsibility, and making a real impact.
You will be part of an international sales team, working alongside one other Account Manager in Denmark and additional team members in Germany (5), Norway (2), and Sweden (3).
You report to the Head of Sales, who is based in Germany.
Summarizing:
- Drive sales of Handyman field service solutions to enterprise customers in Denmark.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to product presentation and contract closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities.
- Advise customers on solution integration, understanding their operations to tailor the best fit.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, refining the go-to-market approach.
- Participate in trade fairs and customer events to strengthen market presence.
Ideal candidate
You have solid experience selling IT solutions and a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV/Navision).
You are comfortable working with technical specialists and business decision-makers, adapting your approach to different industries and IT maturity levels.
Beyond sales, you understand implementation and configuration, taking a practical approach to IT solutions. You can translate technical features into clear business value and enjoy acting as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships. You are also hands-on enough to demo the software without relying on pre-sales.
You can be based either on Sjælland or Jutland
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in solution selling, building long-term customer relationships rather than focusing on one-time sales.
- Experience with ERP, field services, or similar software solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV/Navision), Uniconta, or other integrations.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, advising on integrations and aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Strong technical understanding of implementation and configuration, taking a practical approach to IT solutions.
- Ability to translate technical features into clear business value, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations independently, without relying on pre-sales.
- Strong communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with international customers and colleagues.
- A team-oriented mindset, working closely with customers, internal sales teams, marketing, and product specialists.
- Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken.
