Bo Wilchen-Pedersen, New Advisory Board member, to join Peoplement Executive Search
We are delighted to be able to welcome Bo Wilchen-Pedersen as member of our advisory board at Peoplement Executive Search. Bo joined us on 1st December 2022 and will be offering his expertise in scaling our company and exploring new business opportunities and partnerships for Peoplement within executive search and snr. specialist recruitment in Denmark and abroad.
Bo brings 20+ years of experience from the IT consultancy business and has expertise as CEO from several positions. Most lately Bo was CEO and owner of BusinessNow which was acquired in 2018 by DXC Technology. Today Bo is a professional investor and board member and is also involved in various start-ups.
Bo has always been a keen and busy networker having hired +100 candidates through his own network and with assistance from different search firms he knows the dynamics of our business. His previous company BusinessNow was a longstanding customer with Peoplement for over 6 years.
From the other side of the table, Bo knows how the search business needs to be based on a thorough understanding of the client’s industry dynamics, a strong candidate network and partnership with the customer to be successful over time.
We welcome Bo and we are all looking forward to developing Peoplement Executive Search further as we have a strong foundation for expanding in a growing and demanding market both on a local level and internationally through the AltoPartners Alliance.
